
Receptionist
You might have noticed already that we aim to deliver memorable experiences to our guests. Being the front of the business, you will be required to, with a genuine smile, welcome guests and diners alike to the property guiding them through their journey.
Focusing on enhancing our guests’ time at the hotel your day to day duties will include the following:
· Welcome and guide guests
· Deal with any reservation and restaurant queries, in person, by email or phone.
· Be comfortable with our product to be able to clearly guide any enquiries.
· Balance your till at the end of your shift
· Deliver unforgettable experiences
The ideal candidate will:
· Have passion and enthusiasm to learn and develop their knowledge and work performance
· Have great verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Be team oriented with the ability to solve problems
· Have love and excitement for the hospitality industry
· Understand and be comfortable with general hotel operations
· Be reliable
Shift pattern would be a mixture of mornings from 8am to 3.30pm and evenings from 3pm to 22pm.

Bar & Waiting Staff
Whilst this list of duties gives you an idea of what we expect, your main goal will be to deliver an unforgettable food and drink experience to our guests. To do this you will need confidence and knowledge about our product and want to always do better.
Duties:
· Serving amazing food to customers
· Produce high quality drinks – we don’t mess around!
· Ensure restaurant and bar areas are maintained pristine clear of plates and glasses
· Assist with opening and closing duties
· Deliver unforgettable experiences
The ideal candidate will:
· Have passion and enthusiasm to learn and develop their knowledge and work performance
· Have great verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Be team oriented with the ability to solve problems
· Have love and excitement for the hospitality industry
Role includes mostly evening and weekend work.
